In the response phase the most important step is to assess disaster after occurrence. By disaster ASSESSMENT, we can obtain all the needed information for controlling, decision-making and also disaster planning. Lack of disaster ASSESSMENT causes you to make unsuitable decisions based on limited or inadequate data which leads to imperfect disaster response. According to IFRC, disaster response operation will have an unsuitable function without disaster ASSESSMENT. This paper presents the principles and concepts of disaster ASSESSMENT.

Electronic banking as one of the solutions for E-commerce prosperity has been constantly expanding and providing banking services through the Internet has had an unprecedented leap in recent years. Undoubtedly, to enter global markets, it is vital to have an efficient banking system relying on precision, accuracy, speed and up-to-date technology, which is capable of competing with the world banking systems. Regarding the fact that providing electronic banking services is one of the major necessities in association with the expansion of services and the fact that customer satisfaction is a top priority as well as considering the importance of measuring the services quality, identifying its strengths and weaknesses, it is of high importance to assess the rate of success in satisfying customer demands as well as scrutiny of banks expectations and customer perceptions of banking services. In this regard, this article with the aim of identifying the most important factors affecting the quality of electronic services in Iran's banking industry and studying the researches conducted in this domain and interviews with experts, we made a classification of effective factors on the domain of electronic services quality, which is over 74 factors including trust, privacy protection, content quality, web appearance, suitability of updating services and current information on the website, innovation in provided services, etc. Ultimately, based upon that, a local model for the domestic banks has been presented to assess the quality of electronic services.

The stability and advancement of societies and countries in the current STRATEGIC environment with the characteristics of fluidity, complexity, ambiguity and uncertainty requires the existence of powerful STRATEGIC executives in various components of national power, especially social dimension, which is based on measuring needs from the requirements of STRATEGIC requirements and issues. The study of the current educational system of STRATEGIC managers as well as the inequality between the achievements and costs of the system in the social arena, considering its dimensions, confirms the lack of accountability of the current educational system of STRATEGIC managers in this field. A system in which STRATEGIC issues in this area include STRATEGIC intentions, megatrends, challenges and STRATEGIC shocks are identified and, in proportion to their role, the importance of the appropriate training model for their balanced composition is identified. The main objective of this research is to identify STRATEGIC issues in the social arena, to assess the training of STRATEGIC managers in this field (compare existing and desired status of education), as well as to identify the main topics for training to meet these needs. This research is applied and developmental type that has been combined with a mixed approach and utilizing multivariate regression analysis and T test to predict the main topics of STRATEGIC managers training. The results of the research indicate that there is a significant difference between the present and the desired situation of training STRATEGIC managers in the social arena and in this area STRATEGIC challenges, STRATEGIC intentions, STRATEGIC shocks and megatrends play the most role in explaining the requirements of training STRATEGIC managers and addressing the need.

The present investigation deals with the quality of capacity building and institutional strengthening of STRATEGIC environmental ASSESSMENT (SEA) in the industrial field as well as determining the environmental strategies for industrial sustainable development in Iran. The main goal of this study is to systematize the environmental considerations in industrial development strategies, policies, plans, and programs at the highest STRATEGIC decision- making levels and to ensure environmental considerations and alternatives together with other economic and social considerations. To analyze Iran's industrial development strategies, the matrix method SWOT(strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats) was used as one of the most practical techniques of STRATEGIC programming. The results of SWOT matrix analysis are indicative of the degree of need for performing an SEA in connection with the country's various industrial strategies in a categorizing priorities system. Among all industrial STRATEGIC policies, 2 strategies have been screened and evaluated as the first and 4 strategies as the second priorities. The industrial strategies with the first priority require suitable capacity building for the formation of developing specialized mother companies for the non-governmental sector's development in the industrial field and interaction with foreign companies to enter the international markets and to absorb direct foreign investment. Industrial strategies requiring SEA in the second priority include supporting and encouraging strategies for the industrial exports, providing aid and improvement for the institutions that support small-and medium-sized industries, creating infrastructures for joining the WTO, and decreasing the governmental supervision and restriction in the industrial field. Based of the results of this study, the achievement and realization of the conditions for environmental quality sustainability and industrial development sustainability in Iran call for large-scale STRATEGIC decision-making and policy-making regarding the above-mentioned strategies in the framework of SEA methodology and in the pre-research phase (policies, plans and programs) as well as performing EIA projects.

Use of EIA has initiated from project-level. Inspit of advantages of EIA at the project level they are not able to analyze the integrated effects because environmental effects of humans activity often are cumulative induced and synergestic. In addition project-level EIA in design of project is not Proactive and it only examins designed project after they are approved and only has adjustive role. But environmental crisis illustrate that their solutions require STRATEGIC proactive approach and on time prediction at policy making planning and programming level and only in this level estimation of carrying capacity as most important sustainability indicator is feasible. Because carrying capacity is affected of all micro macro repeated and divers activites.So disadvantages of project-level EIA requires promotion of use of EIA at the different level of planning system including policy making planning and programming. In this way STRATEGIC environmental assessmen (SEA) could be asolution.

As a temporal aspect of simultaneous interpreting (51) and a variable susceptible to source language (SL) factors, ear-voice span (EVS) has been used as a reliable measure of both interpreter's cognitive processing and the quality of his output (Barik, 2002; Gile, 2008; Goldman-Eisler, 1980). This study sets out to measure temporally and linguistically the EVS patterns adopted by a professional interpreter during Persian-English51alongside a STRATEGIC ASSESSMENT of his EVS regulation. The speaker's and interpreter's outputs were collected in a real conference setting. With the aid of Sound Forge, a comparative analysis was made on synchronized SL-TL wave files to detect different EVS patterns adopted by the interpreter.Following the detection of EVS patterns, an intertextual ASSESSMENT of interpretations was carried out to detect the types of EVS regulation strategies.Quite commensurate with Goldman-Eisler's (1972) findings, the results from linguistic EVS measurement indicated that the SL verb is a main determinant of meaning and a reliable point of departure for the interpreter to commence interpreting. However, shorter EVS patterns like NP, NP+NP and NP+PP were also found to act as interpretation openers and the interpreter facing the verb-last structure of Persian input did not always give out long EVS patterns, but STRATEGICally opted for short and optimal VP-Iess EVS patterns with reliance on a set of regulation strategies to eschew insidious cognitive overload and present a successful 51performance. From didactic optique, it is recommended that the EVS regulation strategies detected in this study like skipping, filtering, generalization, stalling, chunking and anticipation could be wisely incorporated into an interpreter training syllabus.
